By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction. I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason, and refund you accordingly. I am able to draw for you as long as it is not illegal and/or against my moral belief (example: homophobic/racist symbolisms). I will inform you if there is something i am not able to draw. You are not allowed to run my art through any AI websites/applications/etc. and if you do anyway I will be seeking legal action and compensation. If you buy a design from me you are allowed to do as you please with said design as long as you credit me as the character's designer. Payments will be accepted through Paypal in EURO only. I require full payment before starting a commission. Depending on my workload, the commission time should take no longer than 2 weeks. I will provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. I will be sending you WIPs. You have no choice in the matter.
